Matron asks Medeyomi what she's doing there after all this time.
Medeyomi says she's fine.
Matron asks if anyone else knows she's there or it's concerning Peace's pregnancy.
Medeyomi asks who Peace is.
Matron says it's her child who has suffered all these years.
Medeyomi says it hasn't been easy for her too.
Matron says she should have come so she could save Peace
Medeyomi asks what she has to save her from.
Matron tells her to go and ask her sister.
Seye and Neza are still in the shed.
The boys return to say they couldn't find Senami.
Neza tells them to keep looking.
It occurs to Seye that Senami could have gone to the shrine.
He runs out and Neza follows.
Senami shows Meghonu her father's shirt and tells her that she found it in a room with blood on it and his phone.
Meghonu asks where she found it.
Senami tells her to inform the gods that she's ready to be Mausi as long as they return her father to her.
Peace says it's a good thing she is no longer going to do the job or Mausi.
She turns to leave.
Meghonu tells her to come back.
She tells Senami to leave as her father is not there.
Senami sits on a stool and says she's not leaving.
The boys bring Dr Jide to the land he sold to Otogan Hudeyin.
Jide begs them to please let him go.
Otogan Hudeyin and his attendants arrive.
He tells Jide that he would pay for lying to him.
Neza stops Seye along the road.
Seye says he has to go in case they are sacrificing Senami.
Oviyon's boys say they can't accompany them to the shrine.
Neza says they will just grab Senami and run.
The boys refuse and runoff.
Meghonu asks Senami who she thinks she is.
Senami tells her to think of what her grandmother has done for her and try to negotiate with the gods.
Meghonu says the gods don't need her as she has a different destiny.
Senami says she's not leaving.
Meghonu picks up the Mausi staff and points at Senami.
Senami is adamant about not leaving.
Peace asks who Senami is to keep flouting Meghonu's orders.
Meghonu orders her to keep quiet.
She says Peace doesn't listen when she talks that's why she's now Mausi and pregnant.
She turns to Senami and reminds her that she didn't leave when she asked her to.
Senami says she's not leaving until she sees her father.
Sejiro comes to the palace to see Folake.
She tells Folake that she heard one can write an exam and go straight to the university and that's the one she wants.
Folake laughs then apologises and says she needs to have learnt other things first.
Sejiro says she has spoken to Meghonu and Peace about lifting the curse.
Folake says she will teach her.
Sejiro smiles and shakes her hand
Meghonu tells Senami that it seems she came to die.
Senami says she came to see her father.
Peace tells Meghonu to give her a slap.
Meghonu tells Senami to leave.
Senamk says Meghonu already killed her mother and almost killed her father .
Meghonu orders Peace to smite Senami.
Peace is apprehensive.
Senami takes Peace's hand and puts it on her head asking Peace to do what Meghonu ordered.
Peace whimpers.
Seye and Neza arrive and pull Senami away.
Peace looks at the palm that was placed on Senami's head.
She holds it like she's in pain.
Senami leaves with Seye and Neza.
Obi's mother enters the shrine.
She says she just came back from the market so she can prepare Obi's favourite soup, Banga.
Folake says she doesn't think Banga soup will cure Obi but she will stay with his mother and learn how to make it.
Obi's mother says she forgot crayfish in the market.
Folake says she will go with her to get it.
Dr Jide pleads with Otogan Hudeyin.
Otogan asks him if the land is part of the free trade zone.
Dr Jide says it is.
Otogan's men tie Jide's hands to a rope hanging from a tree.
Otogan tells Jide to transfer his money back to him.
Jide begs for time.
Otogan gives his men orders.
They hold up a machete.
Meghonu tells Peace she should be ashamed of herself as she told her to turn Senamk to ashes but she couldn't.
Peace asks why she didn't do it herself.
Meghonu asks of what use is Peace's power if she can't do something as simple as taking a life.
Peace asks how that is a simple task.
Meghonu orders her to leave.
Peace leaves the shrine.
Meghonu sits on the stool and starts coughing.
She coughs up blood.
Someone walks in and she thinks it's Peace.
She looks up and she's shocked to see her sister.
Medeyomi says life hasn't been kind to Meghonu.
