Shoshanna and Cleo are having a meeting at Ziggy's.
Cleo tells Sho that she wants her to join her management and she will get her jobs but Sho has to be ready to prove herself.
Sho asks what she needs to do.
Cleo says she must wake up at 6AM every morning and get some fitness training and 40 Percent of her money will come to her (Cleo).
Sho says she can't give her 40 percent.
Cleo says it's her standard.
Sho laughs and says it's not hers and she will be getting her jobs herself.
She walks out.
Vicky and Aisha bring some project ideas to Brenda.
Brenda tells them that she wants better ideas.
Sho is at Bimpe's place with Shina.
Sheila tells her that she should have taken Cleo's offer.
Bimpe returns home and asks Sho if she really rejected Cleo's offer.
Sho says she's not fat and can't be waking up early.
Bimpe says she's not fat either but working out has helped her stamina.
Shina says he's tired and wants to get something to eat.
He leaves them.
Sho asks Bimpe if she's really paying Cleo 40 Percent.
Bimpe says Cleo is good at her job.
Sho says she won't be scammed but Bimpe can continue to allow herself get scammed.
Gyang is having a meeting with Laide.
Laide says she will have a talk with Amaka soon.
Gyang tells her to go ahead if she wants to babysit the CEO but Laide needs to keep an eye on Monica for Fred's sake.
Laide says there is no need for emotional blackmail.
Gyang says it would be good for Monica to take over from Amaka in the future because shes Fred's daughter and the film business could very well run in her blood.
Ego is in Amaka's office.
Amaka says she knows Ego thinks she's paranoid but she knows Monica is being groomed to take over her job.
Ego asks which people are plotting.
Amaka says Laide, Dikibo and Gyang.
Ego asks when last she saw the therapist.
Amaka says it's low of Ego to have asked and that's the reason some people don't like to discuss their mental health issues.
Ego says she's not implying that Amaka is mad.
Amaka tells her to drop the topic.
Brenda asks Vicky about a couple who write and direct, the Okochas.
Vicky says she knows them and she suggested them to Brenda one time.
Brenda tells her to reach out to them.
Sho is at Enes place.
Ene tells her another customer just called to complain about Sho late delivery and she may fire her.
Sho pleads with her.
Ene says the only reason she's putting up with her is because she sees her as family.
Sho thanks her.
Ene congratulates her on her performance in the short film.
Sho gets a message from her mother telling her that without a university education, she can never be successful.
Sho's mood is ruined.
Ene encourages her.
Laide comes to meet Monica in the conference room.
Monica is wary of her.
Laide tells her to relax.
Monica tells her about the laptop that Freddie and Sheila gave her and shows her some applications she can use to make her work easier.
Laide is happy that Monica is excited.
Serena comes into Brenda's office.
They have a little friendly banter about Zane.
Serena says she's living from hand to mouth and it's horrible.
Brenda asks why she should be given a raise.
Vicky walks in to complain that the Okochas are being difficult and the husband hung up on her saying he would only speak to the CEO.
Serena says the man is not even hired and he's already a diva.
Brenda laughs.
Vicky calls Mr. Okocha back and hands Brenda the phone.
Brenda asks if she should call someone else.
He agrees to work with her.
Brenda tells Vicky to learn to control her ego when talking to people.
Vicky thanks her and leaves the room.
Serena brings up the issue of her salary increment again.
Brenda says she is considering it.
Serena is happy.
Laide is in Amaka's office.
She suggests that Monica sits with her when they are working on the graphics for production.
Amaka tells her to just let Monica be.
Laide says she won't agree to that.
Amaka is surprised.
Laide says she will let Monica Shadow her because it is what Fred would have wanted and if Amaka says she loves Fred, then she would also want that for Monica.
Monica is at Titi's place.
Titi says she just got called to join a theatre production and she needs to be out of town but she needs to be around for Monica.
Monica tells her to join the production.
Titi hugs her in excitement and thanks her, then tells her to stay at her place for as long as she wants.
Brenda calls Mr Okocha on the phone and asks if he would consider signing an exclusive with her company
He says he will think about it.
Joanne and Monica are in a restaurant.
Monica says Joanne can't tell Sheila what she wants to say.
Joanne gives her word.
Monica says they all treat her like a child and Sheila and Amaka think she's mentally incompetent.
Joanne says Monica doesn't want her to tell Sheila but it's better to take the fight to a more reasonable person and that will be Sheila.
Monica says she doesn't want to pit Joanne against her friend.
Joanne says she can handle Sheila but Amaka is just a complete moron.
Monica laughs.
