After watching "I, Tonya" again today there's hardly anything I can add to my last review. It's a brilliant film, one of the best films of 2018, and I expect to watch it a few more times.
Since watching the film last year I've compared Margot Robbie with original footage of Tonya Harding. They're similar, but not identical. Margot Robbie has a manic quality about her that I don't see in Tonya's face. I consider that appropriate. Even if Tonya was able to suppress it outwardly, there was a desperation in her life that Margot has visually portrayed.
